Refunds & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective items.
Eligibility
You have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return via your account.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Refund Timeline
Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 days.
The Cost
• A flat fee of 120 EGP applies to standard exchanges or returns (fees may vary based on specific cases).
• If the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, we cover the costs completely.
How It Works
- Log In & Request Click the button below or log in to your account. Select the order and items you wish to return and click "Request Return".
- Approval & Pick Up Once we approve your request, we will arrange a courier to pick up the item.
(Note: If your item is damaged, please also email us a photo at refunds@rabbitholestore.com after submitting your request). - Resolution Once inspected, we will issue your refund or ship your exchange.
Please Note
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Shipping is currently available within EGYPT only.
